Below is a list of my personal CrazyInHeels symptoms of Hypomania:
- Sleeping less, I average about four hours of sleep a nigh and I’m not tired when I wake up. I feel like my brian is working and excited even before I wake up. I’m wide awake as soon as the alrm goes off.
- Self Confidence, I’m happy to be me. I feel more intelligent, beautiful, accomplished, driven, determined, movtivated, etc… anything good.
- Very creative, I usually come up with a lot of good ideas for new projects (i.e. this website
) - I have more concentration and work longer.
- I tend to lose weight because I’m not as hungry and the doctor once told me that because my mind is working so fast I’m actually burning more calories (this is called the “activation” period of bipolar
- I have racing thoughts. I feel like my mind is on a mad dash and I’m struggling to keep up with the thoughts. So many thoughts and ideas are flying around up there I can barely grab one to focus on as they wiz by.
