Track Your Moods
You can keep track of your moods with these easy to use tools. This is something that I do and it’s really interesting to look back on. It helps you understand what your triggers are based on what is going on in your life because you can see where your mood is at and compare it with a different day of the week or different month of the year. It’s a great tool to help you reflect!
